Note: This PR will require updating version numbers in SPRAS and uploading the new docker image. (I think there is a couple of other things as well). |

ee58069 shows some of the other linked changes: updating the readme and the image tag in the I will have to manually build and push the image. We only have GitHub Actions to automatically push the SPRAS image so far. |

All tests pass locally and MEO doesn't have external dependencies (other than Java 8).
