While this wraps the entirety of capDSD, this specifically wraps the features from cDSD. I left a note why at the end of this description. Closes #276.
This duplicates a patch from #235 that allows SPRAS to support custom filename extensions in inputs.
Future Notes: If parse_inputs came with a gold standard (which would be useful for the Growing DAGs impl), we can use capDSD using the gold standard as an absolute truth.
