DOSBox-3DS Unofficial v0.0.4

This version includes my more stable changes I have made but still may potentially have issues.
Features various small speed boosts and 2 small bug fixes taken from other versions of Dosbox.
Biggest most notable change is Dynamic core now works on Old 3DS.
Note: Dynamic core on Old 3DS requires memsize to be set to 3 or lower.
Changes here will hopefully be merged into MrHuu's at some point.
