All that's required for this issue is the list of Class 14 delegated entries specified in SMPTE ST 377-42:2021. That Eng Doc is published and its Registers Submission is "accepted", and so we can go ahead with including the Class 14 delegated entries in AG-18.

The list consists of just Labels entries, and these Labels entries are (ULs and Names, as required for the AG-18 Annex):
