• Developed a GenAI product enrichment pipeline using AWS Bedrock to auto-generate product attributes
• Integrated Twilio–WhatsApp workflows with custom message templates and Flex configuration
• Did R&D on Voice AI and contributed to AI Chat SDK evaluation & testing
