Hi, I have once contributed Simplified Chinese translations for previous versions of Mike Force, as well as ACE and Hearts and Minds, I may do the double check work, as well as improve some of the sentences.

May I have the permission of directly modifying this pr? Or I may fork troilus's branch and make modifications on that.
