This PR adds accurate translations for the following languages:

This PR should not merge in current form.

Blocking findings:

1. Critical content regression in primary README (README.md)

• The PR replaces the full main README with a very short stub, removing core project documentation, links, architecture/security sections, and onboarding details.
• A translation bounty should not rewrite/reduce canonical English docs.

2. Corrupted/invalid CONTRIBUTING.md added

• File content appears malformed (\n escapes and broken markdown/backticks), not a usable contributor guide.
• This introduces repo-quality regression unrelated to translation deliverables.

3. Scope mismatch for translation bounty

• Issue #176 is translation-focused, but this PR includes destructive edits to core docs and unrelated contribution file addition.
• Please limit changes to additive language files only.

Suggested fix:

• Revert README.md and remove malformed CONTRIBUTING.md from this PR.
• Keep only the intended translated README files.

Happy to re-review after scope is corrected.

Rejected — This PR deletes the entire README.md (342 lines of documentation) and replaces it with a 15-line stub. The translations also reference nonexistent files (rustchain_node.py, miners/rustchain_miner.py) and a Discord link that doesn't exist.

If you'd like to resubmit translations:

1. Do NOT modify README.md — leave it untouched
2. Translate the actual README content (not a fabricated stub)
3. Use correct file paths and project references
4. Fix the CONTRIBUTING.md formatting

Translation bounties are for adding README_XX.md files only — never for replacing existing documentation.
