Description

Added Test Runner details for Kotlin to improve documentation and provide guidance on executing tests using Kotlin with Selenium.

Motivation and Context

This change helps Kotlin users by providing necessary details on configuring and running Selenium tests using a test runner. It ensures consistency with test runner documentation for other languages.

Types of changes

• Change to the site (I have double-checked the Netlify deployment, and my changes look good)
• Code example added (and I also added the example to all translated languages)
• Improved translation
• Added new translation (and I also added a notice to each document missing translation)
