SendCloud module for PrestaShop

To submit a new version of the module to PrestaShop review:

Generate the .zip file using the following command: make module
Upload the sendcloud.zip file to https://validator.prestashop.com to check against violations
If there's no error to be fixed, go to Seller account on https://addons.prestashop.com and upload the zip file.

Credentials are stored in LastPass for both sites.
