getting the basics running for our marketing manager using Otto

How to start Project

1. Clone/Fork project from Git Repo
2. In top level of project run otto compile
3. Then run otto dev to start your development environment (This may take up to 5 minutes to complete the first time)
4. To run commands from inside your newly created dev environment, run otto dev ssh
