⬆️ Bump lghorizon to v0.12.5 - #322

Requires lghorizon 0.12.5 and releases the component as 0.11.7. 0.12.5 supports Python 3.13 again (0.12.4 required 3.14) and adds the channel name for replays, an unauthorized error for an HTTP 401 from the auth service, no retries for permanent 4xx errors, and no warning when the MQTT client is disconnected on purpose. Earlier releases brought a more robust token refresh and MQTT reconnect, tolerant parsing of API payloads, the replacement Ziggo image service host, the correct playback position timestamp and visible EPG fetch errors.
