The services (remote_key_press, rewind, fast_forward, record,
skip_ad_break) are registered once per Home Assistant run, but their
handler used the API of the first setup. Once the config entry was
reloaded that API was disconnected, so every call failed with
"LGHorizonApi not initialized" until Home Assistant was restarted.

Since 0.11.8 disconnects the API on unload, this became visible after any
reload, including saving the options. Use the API of the entity the
service was called for.

0.12.7 logs the MQTT messages that are sent and received at debug level
and warns when a publish fails, which helps to diagnose boxes that do not
react to commands.
