This is somewhat brute force, but before parsing the Overview._body we put a new entry in the content dictionary named "deckAsDirTree" which allows you to put in backgrounds for subdecks, including if you have any of the same name, by simply making a directory tree that matches your subdeck ordering.
Addresses the bug I found: #75 and tested by modifying the local python code in the same manner
(note that head of git does appear to be ahead of ankiweb upload, which I didn't attempt to test)
