Overview
As part of the mbedTLS 3.x → 4.x upgrade for Matter on SIWx917, the matter_crypto_tinycrypt_siwx917 SLC component drops two explicit mbedTLS module requirements: mbedtls_hkdf and mbedtls_oid.

All other listed mbedTLS pieces (AES, ECC, PKI, X.509, etc.) stay required; only the dependency list in that .slcc file changes—no source or config edits in this diff.
