Summary

The configuration required for dual-stack was not added properly while porting and optimization of features enabled on the NWP for the SiWx917 and 917 NCP combinations.

While testing the HTTPs + MQTT for StelPro dual-stack configuration, sl_net_up was failing with SL_STATUS_SI91X_FEATURE_NOT_ENABLED ((sl_status_t)0x1FF74)

Testing

After adding these changes sl_net_up succeeded.
Taking the configuration from release_2.9-1.6 as a reference made the changes required.
