Adds a progress log in the Silabs multi-sensor example when the Occupancy Sensing Occupancy attribute changes on endpoint 1.

In SensorManagerAttributeChangeListener::OnAttributeChanged, the occupancy branch now emits "Occupancy attribute updated" via ChipLogProgress before the existing event post to AppTask. Behavior (LED/UI and occupancy handling) is unchanged; this only improves debug visibility when occupancy is toggled (e.g. via BTN1).
