[WIP] Create folder structure for wallpaper categories

Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Create the following folder structure in the One Dark/ directory:

Folders to Create:

1. One Dark/All Wallpapers/ - This will contain all wallpapers in one place
2. One Dark/Gaming (BOTW)/ - Breath of the Wild themed wallpapers
3. One Dark/Minimal & Abstract/ - Minimal and abstract designs
4. One Dark/Nature & Landscapes/ - Nature, plants, and landscape photos
5. One Dark/Space & Cosmic/ - Space, planets, and cosmic themes
6. One Dark/Urban & Architecture/ - Cities, streets, and buildings
7. One Dark/Linux & OS Logos/ - Operating system logos (Arch, Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.)
8. One Dark/Programs & Apps/ - Program logos (Vim, Neovim, Git, Firefox, etc.)
9. One Dark/Window Managers/ - Window manager logos (i3, bspwm, hyprland, etc.)
10. One Dark/Technology & Retro/ - Tech items, circuits, electronics, retro gaming
11. One Dark/Transportation/ - Cars, planes, vehicles
12. One Dark/Sci-Fi & Movies/ - Star Wars, Interstellar, and other sci-fi themes
13. One Dark/Uncategorized/

Requirements:

• DO NOT add README files in any of these folders
• Create empty .gitkeep files in each folder so they appear in git
• These are just empty folder structures for the user to manually organize One Dark wallpapers later

Notes:

• This is for organizing One Dark theme wallpapers
• User will manually sort images into these categories
• The All Wallpapers folder is where all wallpapers will be stored together
• The Uncategorized folder is for wallpapers that don't fit other categories yet
• Gaming (BOTW) category is unique to One Dark for Zelda: Breath of the Wild themed wallpapers
• Programs & Apps and Window Managers are unique categories for developer/Linux user wallpapers
