add/set approvedScopes in User

If laravel/socialite#572 gets merged, this PR brings the approved scopes to SocialiteProviders.

Now that the laravel/socialite#572 PR has been merged, this can too but we may need to address that this package supports "laravel/socialite": "~4.0 || ~5.0" where as laravel/socialite#572 was merged into the 5.x branch. Perhaps now is a good time to drop support for 4.x?

Let us re-open this issue 👍 It is a better solution than the currently open (draft) PR #225 and is closes #224

Things that need to be addressed:

• The socialiteproviders/manager minimum version must be changed to ^5.0 since add/set approvedScopes in User laravel/socialite#572 ads the property $approvedScopes
