Inkplate MicroPython version 1.0.0!

After a long time, a massive overhaul of the Inkplate MicroPython modules is here!

This release brings huge performance boosts, new board support, and powerful new features for working with images, text, and graphics.

In this release we added:

• Support for Inkplate 5V2 and 6FLICK boards
• Massive improvement in image display speed, from taking 3 minutes to display a bitmap to it taking only 3s for a JPG!
• Support for displaying JPG, PNG and BMP image formats
• Image dithering for all of the above formats, with 4 available dithering kernels
• Massive improvement in speed in general, shape drawing is >2x faster
• Ability to use and display custom fonts
• print and println functions for ease of displaying text
• A new and updated firmware which accurately utilizes the bigger RAM of the onboard ESP-WROVER
• Examples to better explain the new features
