Unable to open up serial terminal

I run this script on my orange pi, and i want to open its URL but i end up to this error:
Your browser doesn't support Web Serial

More details:
I have an orange pi and i have connected two modules (esp32S3 and esp32-ttgo version) i want to communicate with these modules, i tried to create my own project and I almost complete it. but want more attractive and functional project that's why I cloned your project. I run it on orange pi and try to open its web page but got the error.
