Implement AndroidSink

Closes #96.

Since I have no experience with Android development, I would appreciate if someone could help test this PR.

Checklist

• Complete documentation.
• Run CI clippy for cross targets.
• Check log tag functionality in native test.
• Try to cache emulator.
  • Blocked by "Cache not found for input keys: avd-29" ReactiveCircus/android-emulator-runner#310.
• Custom formatter (like we did JournaldFormatter for JournaldSink).

After almost 100 force pushes to debug CI, finally done.

Now we have an Android emulator to run AndroidSink tests, pretty fancy! 🚀

Later I would like to implement the same CI test for JournaldSink and WinDebugSink.

At the moment CI jobs are a bit much, this could probably be optimized, clippy and check might be fine to run only on Ubuntu, since for Windows and macOS, checking doesn't need to actually run any executables, there is no need for a native environment, just using the cross target.

Will try to optimize after this PR is merged.
