[BugFix] fix PushdownSubfieldRule for the join pushdown (backport #52846)

Why I'm doing:

What I'm doing:

Current PushDownSubfieldRule recursively traverse the plan tree in top-down way, but for some complicated plans it cannot really pushdown the expression. For the Join node, it would only visit children if this node has something to push down.

Here we change it to recursively visit children no matter it has something to pushdown.
