I think it would be more appropriate to do this in a single SWEP rather than two. Compatibility with all admin systems is much simpler, and I also find it easier to manage the functionality in a single SWEP. Finally, some systems such as SVMOD and VCMOD have already implemented this single SWEP system, so I think it would be more logical to implement the same thing to follow the logic.
Some servers are at the limit of edict. If we add a SWEP, it will add an entity to a player. If there are 20 players with this SWEP, it will add 20 additional entities, which is unnecessary for this type of functionality.
