This PR adds Discord notification functionality with customized "Surfs Up 🏄" branding, including:

 - Added Discord webhook integration for startup and daily notifications
 - Created detailed setup guide for Discord notifications
 - Added settings.json parameters for Discord webhook URL and notification toggle
 - Used "Surfs Up 🏄" branding for more engaging notification messages
 - Added test scripts for easy verification of webhook functionality
 
 Discord notifications help users monitor their bot's activity remotely with:
 - Startup notifications when the bot begins running
 - Daily statistics reports showing trading performance
