AI Routines
NPCs (anything really, everything can have AI attached) have a few primary attributes for the intelligence system:

Goals - NPCs have a set of goals which are environmental and configured. Environmental goals are put up by the system. Hunger, thirst, sleep, emotions. Configured are things we set as purposes. Breed and survive (for animals), go to a job, do a task, etc.

Racial traits - How do I communicate. What constitutes a threat to me. How do I threaten something else. Can I use tools.

Personality traits - These skew the racial traits. Timidity and aggression levels are defined here. Do I want to find others of my kind to perform tasks, do I hide when threatened, do I find similar members and fight back, do I want to protect others of my kind, do I split to ensure group survival over personal survival.
