v1.0.1_custom: Removed Dynamic Environment
This release is equivalent to AWSIM v1.0.1 by Tier IV, but it has all dynamic elements in the environment removed.
Specifically, pedestrians and traffic are removed completely, stoplights are changed to a static green signal.
This custom AWSIM version can be used as a repeatable environment for testing Autoware performance.
