According to https://chromedriver.chromium.org/downloads/version-selection
it is no longer necessary to use a mapping. Chrome and drivers are released together, which means we can just ask for "any version" of the driver that matches the installed Chrome.
angular/webdriver-manager#523 is pretty much dead, so migrate to using selenium-manager on CI.
