do not change install destination, because dlls are stored then also in libdir instead in the default runtime dir "bin"
On windows currently the
dllis stored to the lib folder, because of theDESTINATION ${CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR}command. CMake handles dlls as runtime with the default folder inbin
