Add "NANO_V141O3" (V14.1 HAR o3) from our own heater and "NANO_V14O4" from @iamthe1st from issue TheRealKillaruna#24

I tested the NANO_V141O3 on my own Home Assistant and it worked, however I couldn't test NANO_V14O4. |
Added a second option for the "NANO_V141O3" format called "NANO_V141O3_2". Reason behind this is we had a technician at our house today doing some work on the heater, afterwards (without a firmware or version change) this message format suddenly was the new one.
