My design uses oscillators, and I suspect the issue with the GDS may be due to the circular combinational logic.

Please could you first get your design building and the GitHub actions passing within the peripheral template repo.

Then it will hopefully be clearer what is needed to integrate it into the main repo.

I have checked again on the peripheral template repo. The GDS process yields the same log. I will make another attempt to instantiate standard cells directly.
