I added some functionality to fix an issue when running on the "rotated" dim6top -> SMEFTsim workspace. The issue is explained here

Normally, I'd just push to the branch on this repo, but I wanted to make sure no one else is working on other changes that would cause a conflict.

@Andrew42 @anpicci @ywan2 this PR should now be ready to merge. It defaults to the new SMEFTsim WC names which we can get in Run 2 by using TopEFT/topeft#495. The plotting script can also handle comparisons with dim6top, so if you give it one scan file that uses dim6top and one that uses SMEFTsim, it will use the self.rotate dictionary to find the corresponding (closest) SMEFTsim WC.
