This script produces plots of the systematic temples. It plots N templates per image, with N specified by group . Each plot has two types: one showing the change relative to the nominal temple in that channel, and another showing the relative contribution to the total yield in that channel.
Example

python make_syst_plots.py /scratch365/byates2/3l_fwd/ptz-lj0pt_withSys/ -o ~/www/EFT/systs/group5/ --group 5 -C

will use my 3l_fwd cards with 5 per plot and run in parallel on condor.
