The predict_anchors_netmhciipan function defaults to DRB1*0101 even when a valid allele is provided. It should instead use the proper allele or return an exception if there is an issue with it. It should not default to a different allele than the provided one.
Remove colon from allele name for NetMHCpan; Make sure PANDORA crashes with exception if no allele is available in NetMHCIIpan
