Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this. We just merged a bit of refactoring of the known amendments page, so can you rebase on the latest one? I think the only part of the diff that overlaps with this PR is the wording of the "This amendment was disabled..." message re:Batch.
Add the three amendments currently on rippled's develop branch but not yet in a stable release to the Amendments in Development table, with detail sections for each.

Adds the three amendments that are merged on rippled's
developbranch but not yet in a stable release to the manually-maintained Amendments in Development table on the Known Amendments page, each with a detail section:Amendment IDs computed as SHA-512Half of the amendment name (verified against the published Sponsor ID).
