[FTF-427] Update product navigation levels after release of new nav structure

Description

This PR updates the levels and expandavility of the navigation for all products with the release of the new navigation. Primarily it:

• Elevates 'about' pages to the top-level
• Elevates 'getting started' sections to their own top-level item
• Expands key sections by default for smaller products
• Various case fixing and moving of orphaned pages
