Moved Blazor client files to a new 'Blazor.Client' project, updated solution and project references, and removed redundant files from the old Blazor project. Added Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes configuration files for deployment. Updated domain, application, and EF Core projects, including new migrations and localization changes. Enhanced test projects with new test data builders and EntityFrameworkCore tests.
