This update removes Ubuntu 20.04 from the workflows as the image is going to be depreciated as per this issue and updates the stable and unstable Python versions. It ensures testing now focuses on more current platforms and includes the latest stable releases (Python 3.13) and the unstable Python 3.14.0-alpha.5 for future testing.
