[Bug] Double Control hotkey does not work correctly #237

Description

@devZu9

Describe the bug

The program doesn’t understand what Double Ctrl is. It doesn’t even understand that Ctrl and Ctrl + a combination of another key are different things. I work in any program. Whether it’s Ableton, Word, or a browser. And if I’ve used any hotkey (Ctrl + S, Ctrl + A, Ctrl + Shift + M), then Qtranslate remembers the Ctrl press, and later, if I just press Ctrl again (even after 5 minutes), the program opens a window. The behavior is completely different from what it was on the old Qtranslate (from another developer who no longer supports the old version of the program). That is, if you press CTRL once, and then, after a long time, press CTRL again, the program thinks it’s a Double Ctrl and opens the program. Even if those CTRL keys were pressed in combination with other keys.

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

Actual behaviour

The program does not see the difference between Ctrl + long time + Ctrl (or CTRL + combination + long time + CTRL + combination) and Double Ctrl. Impossible to use. The window constantly opens at the wrong time.
