Remove `rouge' gem dependency from bundler config

  We wanted a very specific and unreleased version in 3906d73, but
switched to an official release in f50dd3e. So it's not necessary to
declare it explicitly anymore since `middleman-rouge' already depends on
it.
Sort dependencies lexicographically in bundler config

Restore `haml' gem dependency to version 4

  In 9d09cf5 we inadvertently upgraded Haml to version 5, but middleman
doesn't support it yet:

    Haml::TempleEngine: Option :locals is invalid
    Haml::TempleEngine: Option :outvar is invalid
