I'm not that familiar with Cognito, though I figured I'd go ahead and submit this and if it doesn't make sense I won't be offended if it's closed.
It seems some of the semantic wording as part of the Cognito instructions are a little different than what's on screen, presumably because the interface has undergone an update (screenshot below to confirm I wasn't A/B tested or opted into a beta or something) and the wording is slightly different.
FWIW I'm at the Public Sector summit in DC today if the maintainers would prefer to comment in person. Back table pink shirt.
