testing maven rewrites for multiple assemblies and cleanup

still cant get both assemblies go

made some changes to $MAHOUT_HOME/assembly/src/bin.xml using relative paths, ${project.basedir} is being overwritten in the poms.

Jars produced by mvn clean package install -DskipTest; hand copied.
