@mgubaidullin Here's (as promised :) ) an implementation of the validation framework for both back end and front end.
In this PR the validation framework is applied to create and copy project actions. The implementation on these actions can be used as a reference when adding validation across the project.
Please note that changes to bean.css and rest.css files occurred while running commands for building the project.
