-> @babel/runtime
-> brace-expansion
-> form-data
-> http-proxy-middleware
-> on-headers
-> webpack-dev-server

How was this patch tested?

1. Applied the patch locally.
2. Verified that the build completed successfully.
3. Checked that the development server started and worked properly.

Performed sanity testing on the following modules/pages:

1. Service
2. Policy
3. User, Group, Role
4. Security Zone
