This PR aims to propose to use
apache/sparkimages instead ofsparkbecauseapache/sparkimages are published first. For example, the following are only available inapache/sparkas of now.spark-examples.jarin K8s Docker images spark-docker#67RELEASEfile to have the correct information in Docker images if exists spark-docker#68Why are the changes needed?
To apply the latest bits earlier.

There is no change from
Apache Spark K8s Operator.Only the underlying images are changed.
