Syncs the Rust client to OpenAPI spec v2-2026-10-22T140011Z (apify/apify-docs#3092, #3027, #3106). None of these changes request or response shapes, so this is a docs and version update. Crate version goes from 0.14.0 to 0.14.1.

  • Spec sync:
    • API_SPEC_VERSION is bumped.
    • #3092 adds requestId to the charge request. The client already sends it (since 0.14.0).
    • #3027: RunClient::resurrect docs (code and docs/runs.md) now describe which terminal statuses can be resurrected and how cost limits apply.
    • max_total_charge_usd docs in src/clients/run.rs, src/clients/actor.rs and docs/actors.md now say it caps the total run cost for every pricing model, not only pay-per-event Actors.
    • #3106 changes link text only.
  • CI: the integration workflow's paths filter now includes docs/**, README.md and build.rs, so doc-only changes run the example and doctest checks.

All of these pass locally: fmt, clippy, unit tests, live-API integration tests, examples and doctests.
