Sovereign — an autonomous, local-first personal intelligence (a "cyborg twin" for one person). One deliberative loop across six faculties (central executive, intrinsic agency, deliberation, cognitive self-model, embodied agency, directed autopoiesis), a grounding gate that refuses ungrounded claims at write, and an egress wall with no code path to carry the operator's interior out of the house. Reported in the honest tripartite: mechanised vs. discipline vs. absent.

The repo publishes at ascendanti.github.io because that matches the org login. To serve at sovereign.atlasfirm.ca (the intended brand URL): first add a DNS CNAME record sovereign.atlasfirm.ca → ascendanti.github.io at the domain registrar, then add a CNAME file (containing sovereign.atlasfirm.ca) and set the custom domain in repo settings. Doing it DNS-first avoids a redirect to an unresolving host. Renaming the repo itself to sovereign.github.io would not produce that URL (that requires a GitHub account named sovereign) and would take the current Pages URL down.
