JUSWORKITOUT - Fitness Tracker Dashboard

Welcome to the JUSWORKITOUT Fitness Tracker Dashboard! This application allows you to track your workouts, meals, and schedules effectively.

Features

  • Workout Log: Log your workouts with type and duration.
  • Meal Planner: Get meal plans based on your diet preferences.
  • Workout Schedule: Keep track of your workout schedule.
  • Weather Suggestions: Get workout suggestions based on the weather.

How to Use

  1. Workout Log:

    • Fill in the workout form with the type of workout and duration in minutes.
    • Click on "Log Workout" to save your entry.
  2. Meal Planner:

    • Select your preferred diet type from the dropdown menu.
    • Click on "Get Meal Plan" to receive meal suggestions.
  3. Workout Schedule:

    • View your scheduled workouts in the calendar section.
  4. Weather Suggestions:

    • Check the weather information and receive workout suggestions accordingly.

Getting Started

To run the application:

  1. Clone the repository or download the files.
  2. Open index.html in your web browser.
