  • Sync maintainers between registry.json and roles.json to reduce confusion.
  • Order roles.json listing alphabetically to be consistent with rendered registry listing.
  • Add emails of primary maintainer to registry.json, and list the primary first in roles.json.

I was a bit confused at first about putting roles.json in alphabetical order vs. listing primary maintainers first until I realised the former applies to package names; makes sense then! (except for the email in registry following the last maintainer, but that seems to be inevitable;)
