Hook to render Mathjax?

I'd like to have MathJax modify the output of the preview pane. Is there some sort of hook/event I can use to tell MathJax to parse the .marksmith-rendered-body when it appears?

Ah, sorry, I should have been more clear: MathJax is a Javascript library. So I'd need an entrypoint on the Javascript side.
