Description of changes:

• Pass resourceSchema through recursion and resolve $ref to enable dependentExcluded rules for nested properties (previously only worked at root level)
• Add WAFv2 WebACL ByteMatchStatement SearchString/SearchStringBase64 mutual exclusion to dependentExcludedMap
• Add unit tests for nested property exclusion: S3 WebsiteConfiguration, S3 LifecycleConfiguration Rule, EC2 NetworkInterface, and WAFv2 ByteMatchStatement
